This is a different flavor of a drink I previously reviewed. The only visual differences are that the can is red (as opposed to yellow) and the letters "DHA" appear in a pink circle on the red can.
As best as I can tell this is the "original" flavor and the yellow can is the "fruit" flavor. The red can tastes nowhere near as good as its cousin.
I would best describe it as dehydrated milk.

The brand of this drink is Want-Want. It's a Taiwanese F&B company based largely in China. That can of milk is really fattening and was all the rage in Asia in the 1990s. Kids drinking this stuff daily will lead to obesity, no doubt.
